Business Development Manager

(F/M/D)

The successful candidate will be in charge of our partnerships. They will be responsible for developing a growth strategy through partnerships, for acquiring, maintaining and expanding our partners base to ultimately drive growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to build, manage, and expand partnerships with affiliates, implementation partners, and integration partners.

  • Affiliate Management: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to drive growth.

  • Implementation Partners: Develop and nurture relationships with implementation partners (agencies and freelancers) to ensure successful product adoption.

  • Integration Partnerships: Strengthen and expand partnerships with 3rd party tools that integrate with involve.me. Create and deliver co-marketing campaigns with them to expand reach.

  • Product Demos: Assist customer success and sales in conducting product demos for both inbound and outbound leads.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and new opportunities.

  • Negotiation and Contracts: Negotiate partnership agreements and manage contracts.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Your Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and partnership terms.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Presentation Skills: Experience in conducting product demos and presentations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding partnerships.

  • Experience with affiliate marketing, implementation partnerships, and integration tools.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent or (near) native English language skills.
