CRM Manager

(F/M/D)

The successful candidate will be in charge of the middle to bottom of the funnel. They will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of measures to track, convert, upsell and retain users of the product. For this they'll set up automations to reach and nurture users across different channels.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Automation Strategies: establish and implement omnichannel automation initiatives for involve.me to drive sales, upsells, retention and market awareness for our product.

  • In-App Tracking: develop and implement a tracking concept of users, their behavior and feature usage.

  • User Onboarding: develop and optimize onboarding processes to ensure new users quickly understand and derive value from the product.

  • User Engagement: implement strategies to engage users through in-app messaging, email campaigns, and other channels.

  • Conversion Optimization: conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates from free to paid users.

  • Retention Programs: create and execute initiatives to increase user retention, such as loyalty programs, feedback loops, and personalized communication.

  • Upsell/Cross-sell Campaigns: identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing users, enhancing customer lifetime value.

  • Customer Feedback: collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.

  • Analytics and Reporting: monitor and analyze key metrics related to user behavior, conversion, and retention, providing insights to guide strategy.

Your Skills:

  • User Experience Optimization: knowledge of UX principles and experience optimizing user journeys.

  • Growth Hacking Techniques: familiarity with growth hacking strategies and tools to drive user engagement and conversion.

  • Tracking Setup: technical prowess and ability to set up and improve user tracking.

  • Copywriting: strong, native-level English for crafting messaging across channels.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: strong analytical skills to track and interpret user behavior and campaign performance.

  • Customer Support Collaboration: ability to work closely with customer support & success teams to understand user needs and improve satisfaction.

  • Marketing Automation: proficiency with marketing automation tools to manage and track user engagement and retention efforts.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a product marketing or growth marketing role, particularly focused on user engagement and retention, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of improving user onboarding, engagement, and retention.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Intercom, Brevo and Hubspot.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Posthog and Matomo.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in an fast-paced environment.
