Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to help drive growth through content and engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in organizing digital events, executing marketing campaigns and creating content that drives brand awareness and demand generation.
Your Responsibilities:
Webinar Management:
Plan, organize, and execute webinars from start to finish, including:
Coordinating with guests and speakers.
Managing all webinar technology and platforms.
Sending email invites and reminders to attendees.
Following up with participants post-webinar with thank-you notes and additional resources.
Content Creation and Repurposing:
Utilize content from webinars to develop engaging blog posts and social media content.
Work closely with the content team to ensure webinar insights are shared across various channels to maximize audience reach.
Creation of Downloadable Marketing Assets:
Develop and design downloadable assets such as ebooks, case studies, whitepapers, and guides.
Collaborate with the sales team to create materials that can be used in outreach and lead nurturing.
Social Media Management:
Build, grow, and maintain our brand’s presence across all social media platforms.
Create and schedule engaging posts to drive interaction and grow the audience.
Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
Email Marketing and Demand Generation:
Create and execute email marketing campaigns targeting our existing database.
Develop and manage demand generation offers to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Your Skills:

Ability to create visual assets for social media and website.
Experience with tools like Figma and Canva is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or event coordination.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as email marketing software, webinar tools, and social media management systems.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and audience engagement.
